In verse fifteen, Jesus calls people who are not saved dogs. Jesus will exclude from the holy city everyone who loves and practices falsehood. These are people whose lives resembled of Satan, deceiving the world. They are hypocrites who live one way and believe in another. Today we see many leaders who twist the truth to serve their purposes. By believing the lies and lying ourselves, we alienate ourselves from God and rupture our relationships. No matter how many lies we can say, honesty will win and reign supreme.

15 Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
