We all began our lives as innocent babies. To end up better than that means not only being innocent as newborns but also being wise in understanding.

But to get there, you must be faithful in temptation. We must pursue wisdom in all matters wholeheartedly.

On the cross, a number of things happened:

1. Our old selves were crucified and put to death. Therefore, we consider it dead every day and follow Jesus.
2. Jesus became a curse for us there, so that we might never again be under the curse of the Law.
3. Jesus took the punishment for our sins as the blameless Lamb of God.
4. Satan was defeated so that he could never harm up again. We are no longer afraid of him or anything he could to us.
5. The world was put to death so we could detach from money and all the glory of the world.

Many will be offended and fall away in the last days because they are not gripped by the way Jesus went.

You must be gripped by the truth of Jesus humbling himself if you are to endure to the end.
