We see how parents around the world do everything in their power to protect their children. We can see this in the mother hen. The mother hen is very protective of her chicks and pays close attention to each of their temperatures. She pecks at predators when they come near the nest. When the chicks are born, the mother watches them very closely at every moment to make sure they are okay. Any time when the mother senses danger, she spreads out her wings, and the chicks come for protection and shelter.

In Psalm 91, it states that God watches over us like a mother hen. When we think of God protecting us, we must imagine a mother hen spreading out her wings to protect her babies. When we are in trouble or in danger, we must run to the protection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and we can always rely on His protection against the satanic and worldly forces that try to overcome us. Let us as Christians take this into our heart knowing that there is a God who is always there to protect us and guide us on the right path, so we do not divert ourselves to the evil path.

He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
