Posted by Jonathan Merigala In verse 28 Paul states how a man is justified by faith apart from observing the law. We might ask why God saves us by faith alone. First reason is faith eliminates pride in human achievement or deed because faith is not something we do. Second, faith exalts what God has done, not what people do. Third, faith is our source of help because God knows that no one can uphold his perfect law. The final reason is faith is based on our relationship with God, not our performance for God.
Romans 3:28
28 For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.
