Sometimes we are discouraged by the little problems that we face in our lives. Kind David loved God with all his heart and served him with a humble heart. He would put God first in life despite all the trials he had to face in his life. How would feel if you were hunted by the king himself, have rebellious kids who tried to dethrone you, and have one of your other kids try to steal the throne from the son God commanded to take the throne. In everything that David had to face, he always trusted by keeping his commandments and following the destiny God planned out for him. We all as children of the almighty God need to trust the our Spiritual father even when the circumstances seem bleak. The Scripture says that if you are chosen by God to do his service, everything will work out for good.

1 Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion,
